1.What we collect
When you contact us, subscribe, or sponsor students, we collect the details you enter in the form, such as your name, email address, and phone number. We do not ask you to create an account on this website.
2.Analytics without cookies
We measure page views and page speed without cookies or personal identifiers. We record the page, language, device type, and referring website only.
3.Payments
Online payments are processed by licensed payment providers such as Chapa. We never receive or store card numbers.
4.How we use your information
Only to respond to your request, send emails you asked for, issue invoices and receipts, and improve MySeed. We never sell personal data.
5.Your choices
Every newsletter email has a one-click unsubscribe link. You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information by writing to info@myseed.com.et.
6.Retention and security
Messages are kept for up to two years and payment records as long as the law requires. Integration credentials are encrypted, and staff access is limited by role.
